The Climate Change and Adaptations

The ASAL communities are again severely affected during the prolonged drought, when the rivers dry from the upstream; the lower stream communities go upstream and search for water. The conflicts start when the three communities, the Agriculturalist, Agro-Pastoralist, and Pastoralist meet and each has the right to access water. Here the later have nothing else but to depend on except the livestock grazing and water and water means a lot. Through a catalytic smart climate resilient, sustainable livelihood improvement, economic empowerment, landscape restoration and management, the Company enhances natural resources towards sustainable production, development, management, and marketing and ecosystem conservation.

The company CEO being from the same among many ASAL indigenous community in Africa, sees that problems are solved by the indicators (nature based challenges) people affected and living with the impacts and for (Nature based solutions- technologies) people add value to their own natural resources from their own community experts. Therefore, from the unseen resources in ASAL’s, oil, gold, minerals, gas, e t c.  The Company sees ASAL’s natural resources can produce USD BILLIONS ANNUALLY JUST FROM THE ASAL’s TREE SPECIES, without including, other sectors like Livestock production, tourism, solar and wind energy, water, fish, e t c.
